Train client teams in Managing Projects using PMI's PMBOK Methodology.

Lead ERP (Cloud and On Premise) End-to-End Implementations
ERP software selection via robust methodologies and guide clients through an objective process of ERP selection
Provide expertise in defining returns on Investments on Projects for Benefits vs Spend
Provide leadership to a seamless transition from legacy to the new processes and systems by using robust Change Management tools and methodologies.

Lead and Change Management Program for a Business/Finance Transformation initiatives
Advise and assist clients on key areas in Change Management for small/medium or major change
Manage stakeholders and their expectations
Work with Change Managers on Training Plan, Documentation and delivering training.

Provide expertise and guidance on implementing data analytics tools like Tableau
Provide leadership, guidance and methodology moving to "current" market needs
Provide services in creating Reports and Dashboards using tools for reporting e.g. ERP Systems and other tools.

Provide Governance on Internal Controls of existing system architecture, applications, systems and provide expert guidance on building secure platforms
Review of System Architecture, Internal and External Controls with key focus on Data Integrity and security of data transmission over internet
Lead review of manual and automated IT processes for medium and large organizations
Provide subject matter expertise in SOX reviews and other International accounting and regulatory requirements
