Current State Assessment: Operational and Financial Processes , IT Infrastructure are reviewed to get an overview of the business applications along with IT constraints.
Analysis & Research: Our experts analyze and research organization's needs by performing gap analysis, validating technology and tool options, cost/benefit (ROI) validation, impact/risk assessment, and functional requirements.
Future State Design: During this phase we review the future state design for process improvements, process flows, data analysis and reporting needs, integration/migration and configuration.
Recommendations & Next Steps: Based on results of all the reviews and analysis we present short and long-term recommendations and implementation plan.
